TL;DR

Lucy sells two pouch lines. Pouches come in six flavors (Mango, Mint, Wintergreen, Cinnamon, Apple Ice and Espresso) at 4mg, 8mg and 12mg. Breakers add a flavor capsule you bite to release, in Mint, Apple Ice, Mango, Berry Citrus, Espresso and Apple Cider. Our picks: Mango for fruit, Mint or Wintergreen for a classic cool pouch, Apple Ice if you want fruit plus cooling, and Cinnamon or Espresso if you're tired of mint. None of them is FDA authorized.

In one sentence: Pick your Lucy flavor by type (fruit, mint, fruit-and-ice, spice or coffee), then choose 4mg, 8mg or 12mg.

All Lucy cans hold 15 pouches. Lucy uses non-tobacco nicotine and adds MCT oil for moisture. Lineup and strengths are from lucy.co, checked October 12, 2026; stock changes often, and some combinations show as sold out. FDA status is from FDA's authorized nicotine pouch list, current through August 21, 2026: no Lucy product is on it.

How we ranked them

This is a guide to choosing a flavor, not a lab test. We group Lucy's flavors by type, describe what each type is for, and link to our full review where we have one. Strength is a separate choice: every flavor in the Pouches line is listed at 4mg, 8mg and 12mg.

1. Mango: best fruit flavor

Mango is Lucy's main fruit option and is sold in both lines. Lucy describes it as tropical mango sweetness. It's the pick if you want fruit without any cooling. Our Mango 12mg review covers the strongest version; the 4mg and 8mg reviews cover the lower strengths.

2. Mint and Wintergreen: best for mint users

If you're coming from ZYN or VELO mint, start here. Lucy sells both a Mint and a Wintergreen in the Pouches line, and Mint is also in Breakers. Choose Mint for a straightforward cool pouch, or Wintergreen if you prefer that classic wintergreen taste. See our Mint 8mg and Mint 12mg reviews, and our best wintergreen pouches guide to compare Lucy Wintergreen with other brands.

3. Apple Ice: best fruit with cooling

Apple Ice combines apple with a cooling finish, so it sits between Lucy's fruit and mint flavors. It's sold in both lines. Choose it if plain fruit feels too sweet but plain mint feels too plain.

4. Cinnamon: best spice option

Cinnamon is Lucy's one spice flavor and is less common across pouch brands than mint or fruit. Lucy describes it as warm cinnamon spice. It's a good change if you've only used mint, but spice isn't for everyone. Our Cinnamon 8mg and 12mg reviews go into detail.

5. Espresso: best coffee flavor

Espresso is Lucy's coffee option, in both lines. It suits people who pair a pouch with their morning coffee or simply want something other than mint or fruit. Read our Espresso 8mg review.

Breakers: Berry Citrus, Apple Cider and the capsule

Breakers are Lucy's capsule pouches: each pouch holds a flavor bead you bite to release a burst of flavor. Two flavors are only sold as Breakers, Berry Citrus and Apple Cider. Our Berry Citrus 8mg review explains how the capsule works in practice.

Which strength?

  • 4mg: for newer users or anyone who wants a lighter pouch. Our 3mg vs 6mg guide explains how to pick a starting point.
  • 8mg: Lucy's middle strength, for regular users.
  • 12mg: Lucy's strongest, and above anything on FDA's authorized list (the strongest authorized pouch is 11mg). Only for experienced users.

Lucy and FDA

Lucy submitted premarket tobacco applications in May 2022, and none of its pouches is FDA authorized. If authorization matters to you, ZYN and on! PLUS are the brands with pouches on FDA's list; our FDA-authorized nicotine pouches guide lists them. Lucy also doesn't ship to every state: lucy.co lists AK, AR, CA, CO, DC, MA, MD, ME, UT and VT as excluded.

For the brand overall, see our Lucy nicotine pouches review and the Lucy brand page.
