Celebrities Who Use Nicotine Pouches: What's Confirmed
Which celebrities use nicotine pouches, and which brands? Tucker Carlson's ALP, TheBurntPeanut and Lucy, Nelk's Full Send, Josh Brolin, and what's unconfirmed about Joe Rogan.
TL;DR
A handful of public figures are openly tied to nicotine pouches, and in most cases the link is business, not just habit. Tucker Carlson co-founded ALP. Nelk launched its own pouch, Full Send. Streamer TheBurntPeanut has a multi-year sponsorship with Lucy. Actor Josh Brolin has talked about using pouches but hasn't named a brand. And despite what you'll read online, we could not confirm which pouch Joe Rogan uses.
In one sentence: The confirmed celebrity pouch links are Carlson (ALP), Nelk (Full Send), TheBurntPeanut (Lucy sponsorship) and Conor McGregor (ALP brand partner); the rest is mostly rumor.
How we checked
We only list a person here if there is a first-hand source: a company press release, the brand's own site, or the person speaking on the record as reported by a major outlet. Retailer blogs and "what pouch does X use" listicles don't count, because most of them sell pouches.
| Person | Brand link | Type of link | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tucker Carlson | ALP | Co-founder (50/50 joint venture) | ALP press releases, Nov and Dec 2024 |
| Conor McGregor | ALP | "Global Brand Partner" | ALP press release, May 2026 |
| Nelk | Full Send | Own brand | fullsend.com, May 2026 |
| TheBurntPeanut | Lucy | Multi-year sponsorship | Lucy press release, July 2026 |
| Josh Brolin | None named | Says he uses pouches | Fox News, Nov 2024 |
| Joe Rogan | Not confirmed | — | No first-hand source found |
Tucker Carlson and ALP
ALP was announced on November 14, 2024 as a nicotine pouch brand launched by Tucker Carlson. According to the launch press release, it is sold by ALP Supply Co., a 50/50 joint venture between the Tucker Carlson Network and Turning Point Brands. A December 2024 release on ALP's online launch calls Carlson the brand's co-founder.
Carlson talked up nicotine before ALP existed: Business Insider reported that on Nelk's Full Send podcast he called it "a massive life-enhancer." ALP launched in 3mg, 6mg and 9mg; today its core line runs 3mg to 12mg, and it added a limited Frontier Collection in August 2026. See our ALP brand page and Frontier Collection guide.
ALP also signed Conor McGregor as a "Global Brand Partner" in May 2026, per an ALP press release.
Nelk and Full Send
Nelk, the YouTube group behind the Full Send brand and podcast, launched its own nicotine pouches in May 2026. Full Send sells them at fullsend.com in eight flavors at 4mg and 8mg, 20 pouches per can, with synthetic nicotine. Our Full Send nicotine pouches guide covers the lineup.
TheBurntPeanut and Lucy
On July 30, 2026, Lucy announced a multi-year partnership with streamer TheBurntPeanut. In the release he says he has used Lucy "for a long time." The deal is an in-stream integration: his character carries 8mg Lucy Breakers in a custom holster. There is no TheBurntPeanut-branded Lucy product; a search for "peanut" on lucy.co returns nothing. If you want to try what he uses, it's Lucy's Breakers line; our best Lucy flavors guide lists the flavors.
Josh Brolin
On Marc Maron's WTF podcast in November 2024, Josh Brolin said he keeps a pouch in "24 hours a day," as reported by Fox News. He didn't name a brand.
Joe Rogan: not confirmed
"What pouches does Joe Rogan use" is one of the most searched questions in this space, but we couldn't answer it. We found no episode clip, transcript or major news report in which Rogan names his brand. The specific claims online, including that he has switched to a nicotine-free pouch, come from pouch retailers' blogs, so we're not repeating them.
None of these brands is FDA authorized
ALP, Lucy and Full Send are not on FDA's list of authorized nicotine pouch products, current through August 21, 2026. The authorized pouches are from ZYN and on!/on! PLUS; our FDA-authorized nicotine pouches guide lists them. A famous name on a can tells you nothing about strength or safety, so check the mg figure and start low; our how to choose a nicotine pouch guide helps.
Nicotine pouches are for adults 21 and older. Nicotine is addictive.
